We appreciate each one of you and the positive way you represent Nu Skin through your loyalty and training your teams to follow best practices for an independent Nu Skin business. This includes understanding our policies around which channels are authorized for selling and how to offer our product. Partnering with you in achieving your entrepreneurial goals is always a top priority, and we are constantly investing time and resources into innovating ways to strengthen and protect the long-term viability of the business you’ve worked hard to create and maintain. 

An ongoing challenge for Nu Skin and millions of other product manufacturers is unauthorized product sales on Amazon. Not only is this practice in violation of company policies and procedures, but these unauthorized sales hurt all of us by devaluing our products and opportunity. After actively working toward a solution to this issue, we are prepared now to execute a plan to further protect our brand and advocate for our sales channels with full implementation in July.

While there’s no way to eradicate the problem instantly or completely, we've partnered with an authorized Amazon Agent to enforce selling standards and significantly decrease the number of unauthorized, discounted, expired Nu Skin products being sold on Amazon. Additionally, we’ve organized a global team dedicated to identifying product diversion and taking action against participants in violation of our policies. Together we can reduce product diversion and improve customer acquisition. Our sole objective through these initiatives is to improve your ability to build your Nu Skin business and protect the Nu Skin brand.
