Domain Name Notice
There is currently an error when a person has an underscore in their domain name, they will receive an error when they are using an IOS device.
Work Around:
Click on "Show Details"
Click "Understanding the Risks"
If you or someone you support is having issues with this, they should be able to get into their site through this workaround.
If your My Site domain name has an underscore in the site name, you need to update your domain name to not include an underscore. Example: update john_smith.mynuskin.com to johnsmith.mynuskin.com
Also, due to our new, more secure authentication service, we needed to rearrange the way we organized and configured our personalized sub-domain redirects. Even though your site will have the same functionality and your site name remains unchanged, you'll notice that the URL you are redirected to looks a little different. This adjustment will help us keep our sites more manageable and your data safe. Be sure to update your bookmarks if you have bookmarked this longer, re-directed URL
Example of the changes:
My Site: (This remains unchanged)
