As a well-known leader in the health and wellness industry with a growing portfolio of premium products, we are positioned for incredible growth but want to remind you how imperative it is to promote our products and introduce the flexibility and connectivity of our business responsibly—especially in the midst of a global pandemic.

As mentioned in this recently published article, the FTC is currently scrutinizing the practices of sales leaders within companies like ours, which makes it crucial to avoid capitalizing on the world’s current situation to expand your business. When sharing the Nu Skin opportunity or in communication with your teams, do not make any monetary claims or promise financial freedom, including making suggestions about using stimulus checks to invest into business building.

It is equally important to remember that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not connect Nu Skin's products to any viruses, diseases, health-related issues, or epidemics, or pandemics of any kind. Please be especially mindful of the following:


1. Do not claim that Nu Skin products, in any way, prevent, cure, or reduce the risk of COVID-19.

2. Do not imply that Nu Skin products prevent or reduce the risk of COVID-19 with phrases such as "under current circumstances," "under the current crisis," "given the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic," "the world needs our products more than ever," or similar statements of this nature.
3. Do not promote that our products have been designated as "essential".By taking simple steps to positively adjust your messaging, you can express the benefits of a Nu Skin business and its products without crossing any lines. For example:

Don’t say: “Given the current situation in the world, Nu Skin’s Pharmanex line of essential products like Ai/E10, TeGreen, and ReishiMax are the perfect way to boost immunity and avoid the risk of COVID-19."

Do say: “Taking control of your health is easy with our best-selling Pharmanex line of products. Scientifically-backed and refined after decades of manufacturing best practices, you can count on products like Ai/E10, TeGreen, and ReishiMax to boost your overall wellness and help you grow your business."

If you’re ever in doubt about your messaging, our Customer Support team and your personal Account Managers are ready to answer your questions. Rest assured, our business remains strong, and we encourage you to continue utilizing social media channels and other digital communication services like Zoom or Google hangouts to leverage Nu Skin’s opportunity platform and products to reach your goals.
