How can I participate in the challenge?

Sell Nu Skin’s META to your customers and Members to earn rewards for being among the Brand Affiliates with the most personally sponsored sales of this one-of-a-kind product. Earn rewards monthly over the period from September 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. MT, to December 31, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

META Bulk Kits personally purchased will count towards the Leaderboard if the bulk kit has been Assigned to Order using Nu Skin Connect App. All bulk kits in October will need to be assigned no later than October 26, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MT in order to be counted on the Leaderboard. Meta Bulk kits assigned to order on or after October 27, 2022 will NOT count towards the Leaderboard for the month. The cutoff dates for the remainder of the Leaderboard Months are as follows:

November 20, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MT Bulk Kit Assign to Order Deadline

Monthly Leaderboard

Monthly chance to win September 27 – December 31; Minimum of 10 units of META must be sold each month to qualify. Month 1 (September 27 – October 31) Month 2 (November 1- November 30) Month 3 (December 1 – December 31).

• The top 5 Brand Affiliates on the monthly leaderboard will receive a$1,500.00 USD gift card to Louis Vuitton®, Apple®, or Delta® airlines!

• The top 6-10 Brand Affiliates on the monthly leaderboard will score a $500 USD Gift Card to select Retail Stores: Nordstrom®, Amazon®, or Best Buy®.

• The top 11-20 Brand Affiliates on the monthly leaderboard will be awarded with a Nu Skin SWAG item valued at $100.00 USD.

Additional Terms, Conditions and Information   

1. This promotion is available only to Brand Affiliates in the United States and Canada. This promotion is also referred to herein as the “Challenge.”   

2. Eligibility for the Challenge ends on December 31, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. MT.  All qualifying customer or Member orders must be processed prior to this date.   

3. Orders must be purchased by personally enrolled Retail Customers or Members with a United States or Canada account to be counted toward the Challenge Meta Bulk Kit personally purchased will count towards the Leaderboard if the bulk kit has been Assigned to Order using Nu Skin Connect App. All bulk kits will need to be assigned no later than October 26, 2022 at 11:59 P.M. MT in order to be counted on the Leaderboard. Meta Bulk kits assigned to order on or after October 27, 2022 will NOT count towards the Leaderboard. November and December cut-off dates is November 20th.

5. Rewards will be delivered to the shipping address on file with Nu Skin.     

6. The value of any reward may be reported for tax purposes as required by law, Brand Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the reward(s).   

7. No bonuses are paid for recruiting.  All bonuses are based on product sales to end consumers.   

8. All rewards are non-transferable and non exchangeable. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute awards of equal or greater value if the awarded prize is unavailable for any reason. No cash equivalent will be made.  

10.  The Challenge and any awards earned as a result of participation must be accurately represented and must comply with Nu Skin’s Policies & Procedures, including the Social Sharing and Opportunity Testimonial Guidelines. Participants should not state or imply that awards are easy to obtain or that others are likely to receive similar rewards. All product purchases are optional and there are no inventory requirements. 11. Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedure, or the Sales Compensation Plan at any time during this promotion may be deemed ineligible to participate in the Challenge or receive any rewards.   

12. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations.     

13. The laws of the State of Utah shall govern this promotion. Participants in this promotion agree to the resolution of any disputes with regard to the promotion solely through the process described in the Mediation and Arbitration Policy located in the Brand Affiliate Agreement and the Policies and Procedures.   

14. By participating, Brand Affiliates release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or the receipt or use of any award.   

15.  Nu Skin reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, including deadlines, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason.  All such decisions shall be final and binding upon all participants.  Furthermore, Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.    

16.  Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude from the promotion, in its sole and absolute discretion, any individual or Brand Affiliate Account for any reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions, tampering with or manipulating the Sales Compensation Plan in violation of the Policies and Procedures, or using any other fraudulent means.  Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedures, or Sales Compensation Plan at any time during this promotion may be deemed ineligible to participate in the promotion and may be subject to additional disciplinary action.  

17. By participating in the Challenge your information will be posted on the Leaderboard and visible to other Brand Affiliates. The information that will be available on the leaderboard will be a fictitious name to represent you, what rank in the leaderboard you are, and how many points you have on the leaderboard.  Nu Skin shall not be responsible for any administrative errors in the posting of information related to the Leaderboard.  

18.  Any Brand Affiliate that manipulates this promotion in order to earn a reward, including, but not  limited to, ordering or paying for products  on the account of  retail customers or Members, will be ineligible for a reward. Only legitimate sales to retail customers and Members will count in determining the winners of the Challenge rewards.    

19. Nu Skin reserves the right to interpret the rules and Terms and Conditions of this Challenge in its sole discretion and all such decisions shall be final and binding upon all participants.
