How To Do a Bluetooth Reset for Your LumiSpa iO

Having trouble pairing your LumiSpa iO with Vera? Follow these four easy steps to do a quick Bluetooth reset and make sure you’re getting the most out of your LumiSpa iO.

Step 1

Disconnect from Nu Skin Vera, then reopen the app. Tap Devices in the bottom right corner, then click the settings icon in the top right. Finally, tap “Forget Device.”

Step 2

Next you will need to disconnect the device from your phone. Go to your phone’s settings, go to Bluetooth, tap on your LumiSpa iO, then tap “Forget Device.”

Step 3

You will now need to reset your LumiSpa iO. First connect your LumiSpa iO to the charger, then press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. Wait for the lights to flash blue twice and your device to vibrate twice.
